Certified Professional Coach – CPC (Level 1 course)

Our Certified Professional Coach program is an ICF Accredited coach training program, including 60 hours of coaching skills certification training program in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE. CTA’s CPC (Level 1 course) program covers the following features:
- 60 hours of coach training
- 10 hours of mentor coaching
- Can be completed as classroom training (6 days) or online training (16 weeks)
- Includes online sessions (Skill Building) and assignments
- Pathway to ICF-ACC Credential
Our ICF professional certified coach (PCC) training program is a unique blend of learning and application of coaching through multiple coaching group engagements. As per the ICF requirements, Coach Transformation Academy conducts 10 hours of mentor coaching. Students need to undergo 7 hours of group coaching and 3 hours of individual mentoring sessions. Students will go through a final performance evaluation after successfully completing all of the sessions to evaluate the learning in the training duration. Upon passing the CTA’s final performance evaluation, you receive the Certified Professional Coach certificate from Coach Transformation Academy.

Senior Certified Professional Coach – SCPC (Level 2 course)
Coach Transformation Academy offers advanced professional coach certification training of 125 hours. For those who have obtained the ICF-ACC credential, the ICF Level 1 Pathway, this course will be shortened to 65 hours. SCPC (Level 2 Course) is an ICF accredited coach training program for coaches who wish to earn ICF PCC certification to become an EMCC and ICF Professional Certified Coach. This is an extensive course, delivering deeper learning of coaching skills with advanced models and coaching tools to transform coaching skills at an advanced level. This is an ideal training program for anyone who wishes to make a career in coaching and work as a certified professional coach.
Some of the key features of the course are-
- 125 hours of coach training
- 10 hours of mentor coaching (7 hours of group mentoring and 3 hours of one-to-one mentoring)
- The course is flexible to be completed in person (10 days) training or in an online mode (30 weeks) training
- The ICF-PCC Credential can be attained after this course.
