Certified Professional Coach training is a 60-hour ICF accredited coach training program. This level encompasses extensive learning and fieldwork to help you build essential coaching skills. Besides 60 hours of coach training, we also offer 10 hours of mentor coaching (required for ICF credentialing). Upon completing the course, you become a CTA Certified Professional Coach. You can use the 60 ICF-accredited coach training hours towards ICF credentialing.
Senior Certified Professional Coach program is a 125-hour ICF accredited coach training program. The CTA SCPC is best for you if you want to take coaching as a full-time profession or learn advanced level coaching skills for career enhancement. If you’ve already an ICF-ACC or completed 60 hours of training, you only have to complete the remaining 65 hours. Upon completing the course, you become a CTA Senior Certified Professional Coach. You can apply for ICF-ACC/PCC credential (depending on experience hours gained) on program completion.
Coach Transformation Master Coach (CTMC) is an ICF-MCC level coach training program. Master Coach Certification is a 75-hours ICF-accredited coach training program that you can pursue after completing 125 hours of coach-specific training. This program is open for ICF-PCC and CTA-SCPC. Along with the Master Coach level training, you will also undergo 10 hours of Mentor Coaching.
The CTA NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming Language) course is for coaches, leaders, and professionals who want to advance coaching skills and practice NLP to expand their communication or leadership style. Our NLP Practitioner & Coach certification is a 6-days extensive training program. Veronica has over 35 years of experience in business consulting and changes management in the UK, Europe and across Africa, working in diverse industries such as government, financial services, retail, education, healthcare and community /NGO.
