Team & Systems Coaching Certification Program
Coach Transformation Academy’s Team & Systems Coaching training program practices the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics and is an Accredited Coaching Training Program (ACTP). Our complete Team & Systems Coach program is of 10-Days, divided into three levels: Foundational (3-Days), Intermediate (6-Days including 3-Days of Foundational), and Advanced (10-Days including Foundational & Intermediate modules).
This course provides value-led experience in team coaching and officially accredit you as a Team & Systems coach.
• Introduction to the core concepts of Team Coaching
• Conducted as 3-Days Classroom training or 8-weeks of online training (weekly of 2 hours)
• 4 hours of assignment and fieldwork
• Introduction to leading-edge tools and methods used in Team Coaching
• Conducted as 6-Days Classroom training or 20-weeks of online training (weekly of 2.5 hours)
• 12 hours of assignment and fieldwork
• Extensive & in-depth knowledge of executive team coaching
• Insights on coaching culture
• Conducted as 10-Days Classroom training or 30-weeks of online training (weekly of 2.5 hours)
• 25 hours of assignment and fieldwork
• One to One Mentoring over 3 months duration.
• Written and Oral Assessment
• Final Certification: Upon completing the Final Evaluation Performance, you become eligible to apply for ICF Credentialing

Course Series in Team Coaching:
Having heard a presentation by Dr. Haris Syed from CTA at the ICF European Coaching Conference 2008 in Geneva, I decided to take part in one of the CTA programs delivered in English. As a result of this determination, I found myself in Dubai UAE in September 2011, participating in CTA's Team & Systems coaching training program. Together with an Italian colleague, we shared intensive learning experience with a vibrant, warm, and well-informed coaching community. For me, CTA's Team & Systems Coaching Training represented uncompromising system thinking, the core of the process, and a consistent coaching approach towards learning. Dr. Haris' passion for coaching, combined with his warm, humble spirit, made the training a unique and insightful learning experience on exploring the possibilities of our unleashed potential and then systematically doing something concrete to reach it.
Both practical and challenging, I find that the Breakthrough process workshop helps people to really begin to grapple with what it means to think beyond their usual mental boundaries. It illustrates a process that helps overcoming some of the limits that normally frame the perspective of what can be possibly achieved and realized. I also find that CTA conducts his business at a very high level of professionalism and competency. Haris is an experienced and savvy coach who has the uncanny ability to identify core issues quickly and then develop and implement an action plan to address them. His lively personality and sense of humor make his clients comfortable and quickly able to trust his expertise. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Haris Syed and CTA.
