    FAQ's

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the world’s largest organization dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high standards, providing independent certification. ICF offers the only globally recognized, independent credentialing program for coach practitioners.

All CTA programs are ICF accredited coaching programs. The easiest way to acquire an ICF credential is via the ACTP pathway, which means completing SCPC (Level-1&2) with us first. You can apply to ICF after CPC (Level-1) via the ACSTH pathway, but you will need to jump through extra hoops… we do provide post-training support to get through these cycles quickly.

If you have completed our CPC (Level 1) coaching accreditation course, you can apply for ICF credentials using the ACSTH method. You can only use the ACTP route after you have passed our exam (at SCPC-Level 2).

CTA coach training programs are accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and are, therefore, internationally recognized. CTA is also accredited by the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council), CCE (Center for Credentialing & Education), and SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management).

Besides getting certifications from us, you can also apply to ICF, EMCC, CCE, and SHRM for credentials! You become eligible to earn 4 globally- recognized certifications on completing the training with CTA.

Organizations use coaching to improve their employee’s performance to reach their goals. Leaders and individuals hire coaches for their goals. Everyone can hire a coach for any reason.

Along with New Zealand, we provide classroom training programs in Australia, Singapore, Czech Republic, UAE, India, Sri Lanka, Egypt, Pakistan, and Nigeria. Plus, we offer ICF accredited coach training programs online worldwide.

CTA does not provide ‘presentation’ or ‘ppt’ based learning. Our training is a blend of adult learning theory, the psychology of adult development, social learning theory, and modern neuroscience. The participants must be highly engaged and interactive as all our cohorts include input, activities, demonstrations, practice, a constructive, uplifting environment, and purposeful reflective conversations.

Each CTA program has a different duration. We offer fast-track (daily training) and regular modes (weekly training). You can choose any mode depending upon your schedule. Please contact us to understand the complete timeline.

Apart from being globally accredited with four organizations, CTA provides online coaching training and in-person training in more than ten countries. You get post-training support for one year. We also have our own global community of coaches where our students meet, share, and connect.
